4	4 sticks	Cinnamon
1	1-1/2 cups	Sugar
1	1/2 gal	Cider

Directions:

Shake thoroughly with 6 mynth leaves and the juice of 1/2 a lime.

Sifth into a highballglass with ice and fill with 7up/Sprite.

Decorate with an apple or lime boat
