It is a modern Vesper
gordons has changed since then and is below 80 proof so tanqueray is 94 proof so its a better fit. bond only asks for a russian vodka made from grain not potatos. stolichnaya is a perfect fit. and kina lillet no longer is in production so lillet blanc with a dash of orange bitters is the best fit.
