1	oz		Cointreau
4	oz		Cranberry juice
1			Ice
1	Wedge		Lime
1	oz	Silver Patron	Tequila

Directions:

Fill a highball glass with ice. Add tequila and cointreau. Top off with cranberry juice and stir. Add lime wedge and enjoy!
